• Ben Markets provides broker-dealer services through its subsidiary AltAccess Securities a FINRA member and SEC registered broker-dealer and transfer agent services through its subsidiary Beneficient Transfer an SEC registered transfer agent each in connection with offering the company's liquidity products.

Beneficient operates in the alternative asset investment market where it differentiates itself through its technology-enabled platform AltAccess and its proprietary ExAlt Plan loan structure which enables simple rapid and cost-effective liquidity and primary capital solutions in as little as 15 days for most sub-classes of alternative assets.
