• EMEA&APAC: This segment manages the production, marketing and sales of owned, partner and licensed brands across Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Montenegro, the Republic of Ireland, Romania, Serbia, the United Kingdom, other European countries and select markets in the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. It operates ten primary breweries, three craft breweries and one cidery, with the United Kingdom accounting for over 55% of the segment’s net sales in 2025, and it also distributes factored brands such as beer, wine and spirits owned by other companies to on premise channels, which represented approximately 20% of the segment’s net sales in 2025. In the United Kingdom, a significant portion of volume is sold directly to retailers, while in Central Europe distribution relies heavily on third-party logistics providers.
