- QVC International: This segment brings the QVC shopping experience to approximately one hundred twenty six million households outside the United States, primarily in Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy. For the year ended December 31 2025, the segment generated $2.4 billion of net revenue, representing twenty eight percent of consolidated net revenue, and produced $293 million of Adjusted OIBDA. Digital platform revenue within QVC International reached $1,272 million, or fifty four point zero percent of the segment’s net revenue.
