Through a series of acquisitions and name changes the entity became Concept Technologies, Inc., then Concept Holding Corporation, later M101 Corp., and finally Xenous Holdings, Inc. after a shareholder approved name change in November 2019. Since the merger with its subsidiary M101 Corp. on August 14, 2017 the company has conducted no material business operations.
