Strata Power Corp (OTC: SPOWF)

Strata Power Corporation is a company principally engaged in the acquisition and exploration of oil and gas properties. It was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on November 18 1998 and began operations in January 1999. The company completed its initial public offering in February 2000. On December 27 2018 it filed a certificate of amendment changing its name from Strata Oil & Gas Inc to Strata Power Corporation. Strata Power Corporation continues to be incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act. Its primary focus is the acquisition exploration and if warranted development of heavy oil projects in the Peace River oil sands region of northern Alberta Canada. As of December 31 2025 the company holds a partial interest in seven oil sands leases covering 8 704 hectares all located in the Peace River oil sands area. In addition it holds a royalty interest in ten oil sands leases and owns one nonproducing well.

Strata Power Corporation does not currently generate revenue from oil production because it has not commenced commercial extraction on any of its properties.
