MV generates revenue by selling dry type scrubber solutions for hydrogen sulfide management in biogas landfill gas and petroleum processing and by designing systems that condition biogas for use as renewable natural gas. SEM focuses on the manufacturing and sale of biochar production kilns and related equipment while working toward owning and operating a biochar production facility; PWS provides a patented waste destruction technology using pyrolysis and non thermal plasma assisted oxidation (CoronaLux) for medical waste; and PelleChar sells biochar pellets for soil amendment.

The company operates through the following segments: Environmental Solutions and Solid Waste.

• Environmental Solutions: This segment includes MV which designs and sells dry type scrubber solutions for hydrogen sulfide management in biogas landfill gas and petroleum processing and also provides systems to condition biogas for use as renewable natural gas; SEM which focuses on the manufacturing and sale of biochar production kilns and related equipment and aims to own and operate a biochar production facility; and PelleChar which sells biochar pellets for soil amendment applications.

• Solid Waste: This segment comprises PWS which offers a patented waste destruction technology that combines pyrolysis with non thermal plasma assisted oxidation known as CoronaLux to treat medical waste on site eliminating the need for segregation transportation incineration or landfill.

The industrial services industry is highly competitive with many small and medium sized firms in the gas treatment sector and a few large players in the medical waste market. SEER maintains its revenue opportunities through a wide range of environmental solutions a cost effective pricing structure innovative patent pending technologies and a reputation for reliability built over nearly 25 years of operations. Although the company holds only a small share of large and growing markets its proprietary technologies such as the dry type scrubber system and the CoronaLux waste destruction process provide differentiation and barriers to entry.

The company serves landfill operations agricultural and food processors wastewater treatment facilities petroleum refiners and medical facilities among others. As of December 31 2024 4 customers accounted for 10% or more of accounts receivable with a combined balance of approximately $481,800.
