• Georgia Park: This segment manages a 500 acre property with 200 acres devoted to the park featuring a 3 mile drive through animal viewing area that opened in 1991 housing approximately 600 animals representing 55 species with some animals kept in fenced in exhibit areas and a walk through adventure zoo known as the walkabout adventure zoo. The park is situated roughly 75 miles southwest of Atlanta in Pine Mountain Georgia and is overseen by a general manager who operates it autonomously with discrete financial information prepared for senior management.
• Missouri Park: This segment oversees a 255 acre property with a 5 mile drive through wildlife viewing area that opened in 1971 home to about 300 animals comprising 65 species including fenced in exhibit zones and a walk through adventure zoo. The park lies approximately 15 miles east of Springfield and 45 miles northeast of Branson in Strafford Missouri and is supervised by a general manager who runs it independently with its own performance tracking.
• Texas Park: This segment runs a 450 acre property using 250 acres for the park offering a 2.5 mile drive through safari and a 20 acre walk through adventure zoo opened in 2019 containing roughly 600 animals of 80 species with crushed gravel drive through routes fenced in exhibit sections and experience style exhibits in the walk through zone. The park is located about 25 miles northeast of Bryan/College Station and 120 miles northwest of downtown Houston in Texas and is directed by a general manager who operates it as a standalone unit with separate reporting.
