NMP Acquisition Corp. is a blank check exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on December 18, 2024. The company was formed for the sole purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. It intends to use the cash from its initial public offering and private placement, its own shares, debt or a combination of these to complete the transaction. Until a target is identified and a combination is completed the company relies on these proceeds and on loans from the sponsor to cover its administrative and operating expenses.
