• Billing and Customer Care Solutions: This segment provides convergent billing and customer care platforms that support voice, data and content services, prepaid, postpaid and pay‑in‑advance models, and includes modules such as mediation, provisioning, authorization, accounting, invoicing, accounts receivable, point‑of‑sale, workflow engine, online store, mobile app and self‑service capabilities.

• Enterprise Software: This segment offers products such as PhonEX ONE for telecom expense management, call accounting, traffic analysis and fraud detection, enabling organizations to manage telecommunications resources, generate reports, monitor quality of experience, track agent performance, allocate expenses and provide multi‑site, multilingual and multicurrency solutions.

• Messaging: This segment delivers enterprise messaging platforms for SMS, instant messaging and voice communications, as well as wholesale messaging services that provide routing and termination of messages for other aggregators and service providers on a volume‑based fee structure.
