We generate revenue primarily through the sale of software licenses and associated services, which include professional services such as implementation, customization, integration, training, maintenance and support, as well as managed services that handle day‑to‑day billing operations; additionally, we earn revenue from enterprise messaging solutions and wholesale messaging services that charge customers based on message volume.
The company operates through the following segments.
- Billing and Customer Care Solutions: This segment provides convergent billing and customer care platforms that support voice, data and content services, prepaid, postpaid and pay‑in‑advance models, and includes modules such as mediation, provisioning, authorization, accounting, invoicing, accounts receivable, point‑of‑sale, workflow engine, online store, mobile app and self‑service capabilities.
