TalenTec offers licenses and subscriptions for products such as Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft Financials, Dayforce HCM, SunFish Workplaze HR and MiHCM Cloud, and provides complementary consulting, implementation, training and ongoing support services. The company serves a diverse client base that includes financial institutions, government agencies, corporations and educational institutions in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Taiwan and Indonesia.

Similar proportions were observed in 2025 with Oracle products contributing 70.5 percent of revenue, SunFish 15.0 percent, MiHCM 5.5 percent and Dayforce 0.1 percent.

The company also works with international firms headquartered inside and outside of Malaysia, as well as customers in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Taiwan and Indonesia.
