BNL delivers added‑value project management with a licensed in‑house team, various BCA workhead registrations and certification services, and has a strong track record in residential property markets and public‑sector infrastructure such as parks, bus interchanges and government facilities.

Magnitude International Ltd operates in a competitive and fragmented electrical engineering sector of Singapore’s construction industry, where over 2,200 contractors are registered with the BCA under the ME05 workhead, of which only about 6.4% hold Grade L5 status and 4.5% hold Grade L6. The company faces competition from numerous local contractors as well as large international players mainly from China and India. Its competitive advantages stem from more than 12 years of experience, a technically qualified staff team that includes seven project managers and five electrical engineers each with over 15 years of experience, and a suite of certifications that demonstrate commitment to quality, safety and environmental standards.
