Herlin holds a BCA workhead registration that enables it to undertake a full range of electrical installation projects, particularly in the hospitality sector, and maintains certifications for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and bizSAFE Star Level for quality, health and safety management.
• BNL: This segment provides greenfield electrical installation and licensing services for new construction projects in both private and public sectors. BNL delivers added‑value project management with a licensed in‑house team, various BCA workhead registrations and certification services, and has a strong track record in residential property markets and public‑sector infrastructure such as parks, bus interchanges and government facilities.

Magnitude International Ltd operates in a competitive and fragmented electrical engineering sector of Singapore’s construction industry, where over 2,200 contractors are registered with the BCA under the ME05 workhead, of which only about 6.4% hold Grade L5 status and 4.5% hold Grade L6. The company faces competition from numerous local contractors as well as large international players mainly from China and India. Its competitive advantages stem from more than 12 years of experience, a technically qualified staff team that includes seven project managers and five electrical engineers each with over 15 years of experience, and a suite of certifications that demonstrate commitment to quality, safety and environmental standards. Additionally, the group benefits from long‑term relationships with its top five customers, which collectively contributed approximately 87.9% of revenue in the most recent fiscal year, and a solid track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

The company’s customer base consists primarily of main contractors, property developers and government agencies that require electrical installation and A&A works for private and public‑sector projects. These customers span sectors such as hospitality, residential, commercial, healthcare, education and transportation, including hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, government facilities and mass‑rapid‑transit stations. The group’s largest customer accounted for roughly 30.6% of revenue in the fiscal year ended April 30, 2025, and the top five customers together represented about 76.7% of sales in the same period.
