Cultivation, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Sale of Cannabis: This segment encompasses the company’s end-to-end operations in the cannabis value chain, including growing cannabis plants, processing them into various product forms, distributing products to retail locations, and selling directly to consumers. The segment includes the production of flower, vapes, concentrates, edibles, and other cannabis-infused products. Cresco Labs Inc. operates a diversified portfolio of brands under this segment, including Cresco ® , High Supply ® (or Supply ® ), Good News ® , Wonder Wellness Co. ® , FloraCal ® Farms (or FloraCal ® ), Remedi TM , and Mindy ’s TM , a line of edibles created by James Beard Award-winning chef Mindy Segal.

Cresco Labs Inc. holds a leading position in the U. S. cannabis industry as one of the largest vertically integrated multi-state operators. The company differentiates itself through its national brand Sunnyside ®, its portfolio of recognized trademarks, and its focus on consumer packaged goods (CPG) branding strategies. Its competitive advantages include proprietary e-commerce technology, data-driven assortment planning, and a scalable wholesale model that enables broad product distribution independent of retail footprint expansion.

Cresco Labs Inc. serves a diverse customer base that includes medical patients and adult-use consumers in the states where it operates. The company’s products are available in nearly 1,400 dispensaries across the country, including its own 72 Sunnyside ® locations as of December 31, 2024. Its wholesale distribution network supplies branded products to independent dispensaries, enabling broad market reach and consistent shelf placement in key retail accounts.
