The Trust generates revenue through management fees paid by each Fund to its sponsor Teucrium Trading LLC which are calculated as a fixed percentage of the Funds' average net assets. Teucrium Commodity Trust operates through the following segments:.
• Teucrium Corn Fund (CORN) seeks to track the daily changes in the corn market for future delivery by investing in a weighted average of three CBOT corn futures contracts weighted 35% for the second to expire contract 30% for the third to expire contract and 35% for the December contract following the third to expire.
• Teucrium Sugar Fund (CANE) aims to reflect the daily changes in the sugar market for future delivery by holding a weighted average of three ICE sugar futures contracts weighted 35% for the second to expire contract 30% for the third to expire contract and 35% for the March contract following the third to expire.
• Teucrium Soybean Fund (SOYB) aims to reflect the daily changes in the soybean market for future delivery by holding a weighted average of three CBOT soybean futures contracts weighted 35% for the second to expire contract (excluding August and September) 30% for the third to expire contract (excluding August and September) and 35% for the November contract following the third to expire.
• Teucrium Wheat Fund (WEAT) aims to reflect the daily changes in the wheat market for future delivery by holding a weighted average of three CBOT wheat futures contracts weighted 35% for the second to expire contract 30% for the third to expire contract and 35% for the December contract following the third to expire.
• Teucrium Agricultural Fund (TAGS) aims to provide daily investment results that reflect the combined daily performance of the four Agricultural Funds by holding approximately equal allocations of 25% each to the Corn Soybean Sugar and Wheat Funds and rebalancing daily.
• 7RCC Spot Bitcoin and Carbon Credit Futures ETF (BTCK) was established as a new series of the Trust on September 17 2025 and had not commenced investment operations as of the filing date with only seed capital issued and no active trading.
