An IND application is targeted for 2027.
• ABC-Enabled siRNA Platform: This segment develops small interfering RNA therapeutics using the ABC platform for delivery across the blood-brain barrier. Lead programs include AL064, a tau-targeting siRNA for Alzheimer’s disease and other tauopathies, and earlier-stage candidates such as ADP062-ABC targeting alpha-synuclein for Parkinson’s disease and ADP065-ABC targeting NLRP3 for multiple neurodegenerative conditions.
