Commercial and industrial loans totaled approximately $11.0 billion at December 31, 2025, representing 21.9 percent of the total loan portfolio. Commercial real estate and construction loans totaled $29.2 billion and represented 58.3 percent of the total loan portfolio at December 31, 2025. The segment serves small and middle market businesses, with selective nationwide lending in specialty lines including healthcare, capital call lines of credit, and equipment leasing.
