• Ship Management Services: This segment offers technical management, crew management, marine consultancy, and shipping agency services for both the company's owned vessels and third party ships, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and efficient vessel operation.

• Vessel Chartering Services: This segment provides bareboat charters of its fleet of vessels, having previously chartered the M. T. Ixora from August 2020 to July 2023, and generates revenue from hiring vessels to third parties for specified periods.
