Teucrium Commodity Trust (NYSE: TAGS)

Teucrium Commodity Trust is a Delaware statutory trust organized on September 11 2009 that operates as a series trust issuing shares called Shares which represent fractional undivided beneficial interests in each of its series. • Teucrium Soybean Fund (SOYB) aims to reflect the daily changes in the soybean market for future delivery by holding a weighted average of three CBOT soybean futures contracts weighted 35% for the second to expire contract (excluding August and September) 30% for the third to expire contract (excluding August and September) and 35% for the November contract following the third to expire.

• Teucrium Wheat Fund (WEAT) aims to reflect the daily changes in the wheat market for future delivery by holding a weighted average of three CBOT wheat futures contracts weighted 35% for the second to expire contract 30% for the third to expire contract and 35% for the December contract following the third to expire.

• Teucrium Agricultural Fund (TAGS) aims to provide daily investment results that reflect the combined daily performance of the four Agricultural Funds by holding approximately equal allocations of 25% each to the Corn Soybean Sugar and Wheat Funds and rebalancing daily.
