Digital platform revenue within QxH reached $3,969 million, or sixty six point nine percent of the segment’s net revenue.

• QVC International: This segment brings the QVC shopping experience to approximately one hundred twenty six million households outside the United States, primarily in Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy. It engages customers via broadcast networks, websites, mobile applications and social media pages, with product sourcing teams selecting items tailored to each local market. For the year ended December 31 2025, the segment generated $2.4 billion of net revenue, representing twenty eight percent of consolidated net revenue, and produced $293 million of Adjusted OIBDA. Digital platform revenue within QVC International reached $1,272 million, or fifty four point zero percent of the segment’s net revenue.
