NMP Acquisition Corp. is a blank check exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on December 18, 2024. The company was formed for the sole purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. Until a target is identified and a combination is completed the company relies on these proceeds and on loans from the sponsor to cover its administrative and operating expenses.
