Mountain Lake Acquisition Corp is a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on June 14 2024 formed for the purpose of effecting a merger share exchange asset acquisition share purchase reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses that the Company has not yet identified. The Company intends to effectuate its Business Combination using cash derived from the proceeds of its initial public offering and the sale of the Private Placement Unit its shares debt or a combination of cash shares and debt. As of the reporting date the Company has not engaged in any operations nor generated any revenues to date with its activities limited to organizational efforts preparing for its initial public offering and identifying a target company for a Business Combination.

Mountain Lake Acquisition Corp generates revenue through non-operating income in the form of interest income on marketable securities held in the Trust Account established from the proceeds of its initial public offering and private placement.
