As a holding company under Japanese law with no material operations of its own LogProstyle conducts operations primarily in Japan through its subsidiaries. The company owns and operates a real estate renovation and resale company with subsidiaries including construction companies building material manufacturers and building materials trading companies a real estate development company with subsidiaries including building management companies and design offices a hotel management company and a restaurant management company. LogSuite a subsidiary engaged in real estate renovation and resale operates mainly in central Tokyo. Prostyle another subsidiary focuses on real estate development including residential condominiums and Machinaka Ryokan hotels. ProstyleRyokan manages ryokan style hotels in Tokyo Yokohama and Okinawa.

LogProstyle generates revenue from three primary sources. First from sales of real estate properties and provision of real estate related services such as design rental and renovation which accounted for 91.1 percent of total revenue in the fiscal year ended March 31 2025. Second from provision of hotel accommodation services representing 6.0 percent of total revenue in the same period. Third from sales of housing equipment and materials contributing 2.8 percent of total revenue. For the fiscal year ended March 31 2025 real estate revenue totaled JPY18819041 thousand hotel revenue was JPY1248784 thousand and housing equipment revenue was JPY583091 thousand.

LogProstyle operates through the following four segments: real estate renovation and resale real estate development hotel management and other business.

• Real estate renovation and resale conducted primarily by LogSuite subsidiary involves acquiring condominium units from owners demolishing them to the framework and reconstructing interiors with plumbing and other elements. The process incorporates unique designs and sells to individual customers through online platforms including the companys own Renove site and real estate brokers. A typical project takes approximately twelve months including six months for construction. Under the Log Mansion brand the subsidiary has sold approximately 1700 renovated condominium units over the past 15 years establishing it as the flagship product.

• Real estate development managed by Prostyle subsidiary comprises residential real estate development and Machinaka Ryokan development. Residential development includes purchasing land parcels planning and designing through internal design office and developing properties on purchased land with sales through online platforms and real estate brokers. Condominium projects typically take 18 to 24 months while hotel projects take approximately 42 months. Machinaka Ryokan development creates hotels in central urban areas featuring traditional Japanese elements which after sale are rented and managed by ProstyleRyokan.

• Hotel management handled by ProstyleRyokan subsidiary operates ryokan style hotels in Tokyo Yokohama and Okinawa providing guests with traditional Japanese inn experiences in urban settings. These hotels feature tatami flooring private rooms with saunas and some with open air baths. Each property reflects the unique character of its surroundings ensuring no two are alike. As of March 31 2025 the subsidiary operated four hotels including properties in Yokohama Tokyo Asakusa Naha and Okinawa.

• Other business includes sales of housing equipment and materials operation of restaurants and provision of information technology consulting services. This segment contributed 2.8 percent of total revenue for the fiscal year ended March 31 2025 and supports the companys main real estate and hospitality operations through related product and service offerings.

LogProstyle competes with companies such as Dear Life Co Ltd Open House Group J REX Corporation Co Ltd and Nisshin LRD Co Ltd. The company maintains competitive advantages through its distinct business model targeting families and international customers with spacious living solutions offering units between 80 to 200 square meters compared to competitors typical 40 to 60 square meter units. Its differentiated hotel management through Machinaka Ryokan properties provides traditional Japanese experiences in urban locations. LogProstyles customer base consists primarily of individual customers for its real estate renovation and resale business. For real estate development the company serves both individual and institutional customers. Its hotel management and accommodation business serves mainly individual travelers. Domestic customers represent approximately 70 percent of the total customer base while international customers account for approximately 30 percent. No single customer accounted for over 10 percent of revenue in the fiscal years ended March 31 2025 and 2024.
