LendingClub Corporation (Parent only)
This segment is the legal entity of the holding company and primarily reflects the activities of the Company before the Acquisition. These activities include but are not limited to servicing fee revenue from loans serviced before the Acquisition, as well as interest income and expense associated with the Retail Program transactions and the Structured Program operations.
