Frequently Asked Questions

There could be two reasons for that. Let’s address them step by step.

  • Remove filters: Click on the Reset button and see if the companies that you follow, start to show up.

  • Use the Expand Coverage button: If you still can’t find granular KPI coverage on the companies that you follow, then rest assured. Business Quant is an on-demand research platform and your plan already covers this feature.


    You can request our analysts to add a set of companies to the granular data dashboard. Please click on the “Expand Coverage” button on the right side of the screen (visible on desktop/laptops). 

    • Pro plan subscribers on a monthly plan can request up to 3 company additions every month.
    • Pro plan subscribers on annual plan can request up to 40 company additions every year.

Once we’ve received your request, our team of analysts will extensively examine every company’s disclosure documents (SEC filings, press releases, investor presentations) to expand coverage in the Granular Data dashboard.

Please note that we cover only US stocks.

Hovering on the top-right corner of the chart displays an option to change the visualization.

 

We’ve got you covered. Just scroll down to the table, hover on the top right corner of the table pane and click on more options. You can then export the data in a format of your choice:

  • Excel
  • CSV

  1. Resetting the view

    Please click on the Reset button to restore the view.

 

  1. Reload the page.

However, if neither of the solutions worked and the dashboard still shows “No Data”, please reach out to us so we can investigate.

For granular KPI data coverage: We try and update the KPI data for all the companies once every quarter. However, in the unfortunate event that we missed updating a company, please let us know using the “Expand Coverage” button on the right (visible on desktop/laptop). We’ll make sure it’s updated in a timely manner.

For Financial Data Coverage: Please note that all the standardized financial data (found under Financial Data in the menu) is updated automatically every day.
