Interest Income on Loans & Financial Receivables

In Q3 of 2021, the income from Loans & Financial Receivables stood at $12.97 million. This segment saw a gradual increase in its revenue from Q3 2020 when it recorded $11.02 million and Q2 2021 when it saw $11.66 million revenue earned. It records 6-7% of the total revenue in each of the quarters.

Rental Revenues

This segment has the biggest contribution to the revenue of the company. It consistently records more than 90% of the revenue share in all these years down the line. Rental revenue saw an increase from $163.33 million in Q3 2020 to $184.08 million in Q3 2021, with a proportionate increase in Q2 2021 i.e., $180.16 million. In Q3 2021, it records 92% of the overall revenue contribution.

Other Income

A negligible part of the revenue is gained through other income i.e., 1% of the total revenue in Q3 2021. It increased by 6% between Q3 2020 to Q2 2021.
