Rental
The rental segment of Prologis is responsible for leasing and managing its extensive portfolio of logistics properties, spanning more than 600 million square feet in 19 countries. This segment provides a comprehensive suite of services to tenants, including property management, leasing, marketing, asset management, and tenant relations. Rental operations account for the majority of their operating segment and generally contribute about 85% to 90% to their consolidated earnings.
Strategic Capital
The strategic capital segment of Prologis is responsible for providing equity capital for logistics real estate investments. The focus of the segment is to invest in projects that are of the highest quality and meet the requirements of current tenants. The strategic capital segment plays an integral role in the long-term development of Prologis and is well-equipped to continue to provide sound investment solutions for its investors in the logistics real estate sector.
