They offer several subscriptions as part of their portfolio. These subscription offerings, cloud-delivered security services like Threat Prevention, Wildfire, Advanced URL Filtering, DNS Security, IoT Security, SaaS security Inline, SD-Wan, and Enterprise DLP are sold as options at Palo Alto.

Support Offering

Customer support from Palo Alto is offered in four different packages – Standard Support, Premium Support, Four-Hour Premium Support, and Platinum Support to their end-customers and channel partners. They offer a service offering called Focused Services that includes Service Account Management to provide support for end-customers with unique or complex support requirements, support is also provided for hardware, software, and certain cloud offerings to support ongoing security updates, bug-fixed, PAN-OS upgrades, and repair. COVID-19 Impact

Palo Alto has been observing, evaluating, and responding to the developments relating to the COVID-19. Though they have instituted the work-from-home policy from the beginning of March 2020, which has been modified to provide employees with the choice to work in the office as and when they feel comfortable. Certain clients or partners may be or may become a credit or cash constraints making it difficult for them to fulfill their payment obligations to Palo Alto. Thus, increasing their exposure to financial and operating risk, which in return affects the end customers’ and could lead them to delay or defer purchasing power, and lengthen sakes cycles and payment terms affecting the business adversely.
