Microsoft’s Surface Revenue

This statistic highlights Microsoft’s Surface Revenue 2020. The surface is a series of tablet computers developed by Microsoft. It was launched in 2012 with an aim to integrate the Windows operating system into a personal computer designed and distributed exclusively by the multinational technology company.

Importance of tracking Microsoft Surface revenue

This is Microsoft’s own line of hardware. So, rising sales on the notebook division would have a direct boost on Microsoft’s overall revenues. Besides, the Surface line-up acts as a flagship for Microsoft, to target the premium notebook space. So, if it’s OEM partners are unable to demands and quality benchmarks of Windows users, Microsoft’s Surface line-up is there to make up for this shortfall.
