During the Q1 and Q2 of 2020, the company witnessed significant reductions in demand for its retail products as customers were not able to purchase merchandise from stores due to quarantine and restrictions placed on the Company’s stores’ operations. The company did some recovery in Q3 and Q4 of 2020, yet store sales declined significantly compared to the same periods last year.
