Investor Services:

The Investor Services segment offers retirement plan services, as well as other corporate brokerage services, to businesses and their workers. It also offers retail brokerage, investment advising, banking, and trust services to individual investors. 

The segment includes the following business units-

Advisor services:

The Advisor Services segment provides custodial, trading, banking and trust, and support services, as well as retirement business services, to independent registered investment advisors (RIAs), independent retirement advisors, and recordkeepers.

Through this segment, the corporation has attained to become one of the largest providers of custodial, banking, trading, and support services to RIAs and clients. The segment provides retirement business services to independent retirement advisors and recordkeepers. It also sponsors and hosts a variety of national, regional, local, and virtual events which are designed to help RIAs of all sizes and complexities; as well as to identify and implement better ways to expand and efficiently manage their practices.

The website which is designed for Advisor Services also provides educational content, interactive tools, and thought leadership for potential advisors turning independent.

The segment’s total net revenue increased by 28% in the year 2022 compared to the previous year. However, when compared quarterly, there was a 9% increment in the first quarter of 2023 compared to the same quarter of 2022.
