HomeGoods is a flagship brand of TJX company, introduced in 1992 and operating in the United States. It has both standalone and superstore formats and also provides an e-commerce website for customers. HomeGoods offers ever-changing products such as furniture, rugs, lighting, furniture, decorations, tabletops, and cookware.
TJX company’s revenue from the HomeGoods segment increased by 67.74% in Q2 2022 on a YOY basis, from $1.24 billion in Q2 2021. It was founded in 1976 and is the largest off-price apparel and home fashion retailer in the United States, having stores across the country, including Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. T.J. Maxx makes itself different from marshalls by having an extended range of fine jewelry and accessories and also operates an e-commerce site.

HomeSense introduced the concept of off-price home fashion in Canada in 2001. This chain works in both standalone and superstore formats that combine HomeSense with the Marshalls and Winners stores. Canada’s HomeSense along with winners and Marshall. forms TJX Canada.

TJX international comprises TK Maxx and HomeSense in different countries including the UK, Ireland, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, and many other countries. T.K. Maxx introduced off-price retailing to the U.K. and Ireland in 1994 and is the only brick-and-mortar, off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions of significant size in Europe. Homesense started with the off-price homeware concept in the U.K. in 2008, and in Ireland in 2017.
