Beauty

This product category includes all the items of skincare, makeup, hair, bath and body shop, fragrance, health and wellness, tools and brushes, and many more products.

The revenue generated from the beauty product increased from $7.49 million in Q2 2020 to $7.68 million in Q2 2021 setting an increase of 2.54% in a year. However, the revenue dropped to $6.98 million in Q3 2021 from $7.68 million in Q2 2021 making a decline of 9.11% in a quarter. The Beauty product category accounted for for 2.86% of total revenue in Q3 2021.

Dresses

The dresses section of the company includes all the fancy dresses with more than 7000 items and 18 different varieties in it for women.

The revenue generated from the dresses section has shown a massive growth of 80.5% from $30.87 million in Q2 2020 to $55.72 million in Q2 2021. A further increase in the revenue from $55.72 million in Q2 2021 to $70.21 million in Q3 2021 was witnessed, making an incline of 26.01% in a quarter. This section contributed 28.77% of the total revenue generated in Q3 2021.

Fashion Apparels

The fashion apparels category includes a variety of clothing with over 31000 items for the customers. It includes denim wear, jackets coats, pants shorts skirts, and many more.

The majority of Revolve’s revenue was generated through the fashion apparels category accounting for 49.34% of the company’s revenue in Q3 2021, amounting to $120.43 million. It grew by 48.4% compared to $81.15 million earned in Q2 2020 and decreased by 0.16% compared to $120.62 million in Q2 2021.

Handbags shoes and accessories

This section includes handbags, accessories, jewelry, belts, masks, hats, scarves, gloves, and over 1500 items 

There was a constant increase in the revenue from this section. There was a growth of 103.57% from $21.02 million in Q2 2020 to $42.79 million in Q2 2021 in a year. There was a further increase in the revenue from $42.79 million in Q2 2021 to $44.98 million in Q3 2021, making an increment of 5.12% ($2.19 million). This section generates 18.43% of the total revenue in Q3 2021.

Others

Revolve’s revenue from the others section decreased from $2.26 million in Q2 2020 to $1.80 million in Q2 2021, making a downfall of 20.35% ($0.46 million). The revenue further declined by 18.33% from $1.80 million in Q2 2021 to $1.47 million in Q3 2021. This section only contributed 0.60% of the total revenue generated in Q3 2021.
