Their core business is to provide capital and financing to the long-term healthcare industry with a particular focus on “ALFs”- assisting living facilities, “SNFs”- skilled nursing facilities, “MOBs”- medical living buildings, and “ILFs”- independent living facilities. They also consist of mortgage agreements and long-term leases. All their agreement is in the triple net, which means that the tenant has to pay for property-related expenses, like maintenance, damage repairs, property up-gradation cost, etc.
