The number of MongoDB Atlas clients sold by the company’s sales force has also increased. Customers that sign annual contracts and pay in advance or on a monthly basis are the most common type in this particular segment.
Mongo DB Inc has the largest customer base of MongoDB Atlas customers comprising of 85% of the end market in Q2 2022. This customer segment has witnessed an increase of 8500 customers in the current quarter as compared to the previous year. Customers over $100K
The number of customers with $100,000 or greater Annualised Recurring Revenue are recorded under this segment. MongoDB tracks annualised recurring revenue (“ARR”) to assist them track the success of their subscriptions. They define ARR as the amount of subscription income they expect to collect from their clients over the next 12 months, assuming no changes to their subscriptions.
