L3Harris Technology generates revenue from three operating segments: Integrated Mission Systems (“IMS”); Space & Airborne Systems (“SAS”); and Communication Systems (“CS”). The integrated mission system has contributed the most to the total revenue accounting for 37.6% in the first quarter. Space and Airborne systems have been the second highest contributor to aggregate revenue, accounting for 36.63% respectively in the same quarter. The revenue from communication systems accounted for 25.74% of the total revenue in the Q1 of 2023.

It offers complete space and ground-based systems for intelligence, GPS, space exploration, and missile defence tasks. It is a principal contractor on whole satellite systems, offering innovative payloads and integrated ground systems.
CS is committed to providing multi-domain warfighters with the capabilities, and agility they need to support today’s missions while also innovating for the future. It is a premier provider of DoD and worldwide communications systems. international customers, Federal and state agencies and commercial customers in its five business sectors.
It provides tactical radios to the United States Army, the United States Air Force, the United States Navy, the United States Special Operations Command, and international defence customers, as well as developing and manufacturing software-defined radios for key DoD network modernization programmes, satellite communication (“SATCOM”) terminals, and battlefield management networks for U.S. and international defence customers. For example, it supplies Handheld, Manpack, and Small Form-Fit radios to the United States Army. Its primary business plan in this area is based on the commercial market.
IMS is a pioneer in the development and integration of mission systems for use on land, at sea, and in the air. It offers top-tier capabilities in the design, development, integration, production, and maintenance of integrated maritime communications systems, electro optical sensors, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (“ISR”) systems for U.S. and allied military, civil government, and commercial customers in its five business sectors.
