Water Quality—Instrumentation, consumables, software, services, and disinfection systems are used to assess, treat, and manage the quality of the ultra-pure, drinkable, industrial, waste, ground, source, and ocean water in residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and natural resource applications.
Product Identification—The Company’s product identification business is a leading provider of instruments, software, services, and consumables for consumer, pharmaceutical, and industrial product color and appearance management, packaging design, quality control, marking, printing and traceability applications.
In Q3 2020, this segment generated no revenue.There was neither an increase nor a decrease in the revenue generated from this segment as it generated $1,148 million in both Q2 2021 and Q3 2021. However, there was a slight decline in contribution to revenue mix, from 15.9% in Q2 2021 to 15.88% in Q3 2021.
Life Science
The revenue generated grew by 27.78% from $2,922.5 million in Q3 2020 to $3,734 million in Q2 2021. However, it fell by 2.73% on a quarterly basis, to Q3 2021 where the revenue generated was $3,632 million. The contribution rose from $2,922.5 million in Q3 2020 to $3,632 million in Q3 2021, making an increment of 24.27% on a year-on-year basis.
