This statistic highlights Celsius Holdings’ Revenue Breakdown Worldwide, split across North American, European, Asian and Other Revenue, reported on a quarterly basis, from Q1 2017 onwards.
Celsius Holdings’ total revenue increased from $36.84 million in Q3 2020 to $94.91 million in Q3 2021, indicating a tremendous growth of approximately 158% on a year-on-year basis. This growth can be traced mainly due to increased revenue from North America, which approximately contributed 99% of this growth. It also grew by 46% on a quarterly basis, from $65.07 million earned in Q2 2021 to $94.91 million earned in Q3 2021.
The continued enormous growth in traditional distribution channels, in addition to an expansion and development of the company’s product presence in world-class retailers, are the chief reasons behind the growth in North American revenue. The significant growth in distributor revenues as compared to the previous year quarter is due to the continued development of the company’s Direct Store Delivery network. Furthermore, the fitness and vending channels also reflected triple digit growth in incremental revenue when compared to the prior year period, during which many fitness facilities were closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Celsius Holdings’ revenue can be classified into the following:
