The company’s main facility Aphria One operates a 1,100,000 square feet greenhouse in Ontario that is capable of producing 110,000 kgs of marijuana per year. The company operates brands like Broken Coast Cannabis, Solei, Riff, and Good Supply. Broken Coast Cannabis Inc. is one of the company’s main subsidiary and produces around 4,500 kgs of cannabis annually. They have a production capacity of 255,000 kgs per year and the area available to the company for cultivation is around 2,400,000 square feet. Aphria serves customers in more than 10 countries. Their cultivation process is environment friendly.
The company sells its’ products under three categories – medical, wholesale, and adult use.

Aphria Inc. produced 7640 kilograms of marijuana in the last quarter of 2019. In the first quarter of 2020, the company produced 10,580 kgs of marijuana and is expected to produce up to 13,870 kgs in the second quarter and 31,090 kgs in the third quarter.
639 kgs in the second quarter, 652.70 kgs in the third quarter, and 738.30 kgs in the last quarter. In 2018 they sold 852 kgs in the first quarter, 1240 kgs in the second quarter, 1430 kgs in the third quarter, and 1310 kgs in the fourth quarter. The company then sold 1780 kgs in the first quarter of 2019, 3410 kgs in the second quarter,2640 kgs in the third quarter, and 5570 kgs in the fourth quarter. In 2020 Aphria Inc sold 5970 kgs in the first quarter and is expected to sell 7060 kgs in the second quarter and 14,010 kgs in the third quarter.
The company has also started selling dried cannabis recently. They sold 3,180 kgs of dried cannabis in the last quarter of 2019, 3370 kgs in the first quarter of 2020, and expect to sell 3950 kgs in the second quarter and 10,670 kgs in the third quarter of 2020.
Along with dried cannabis, they started selling cannabis oil products as well. They sold 2,390 kgs of cannabis oil products in the last quarter of 2019 and 2600 kgs in the first quarter of 2020.
The company is still innovating and is bringing in new products every year. The cannabis market has a lot of potentials to grow across the world. The company is constructing another greenhouse in the same area under the name Aphria Diamond with a production capacity of 120,000 kgs of marijuana per year. The company also plans on adding automation facilities to its production process which might result in higher yield. With the increasing popularity of cannabis, both medical and recreational the firm has ample opportunities to expand its operations and come out with new and improved products. The cannabis market is still an early-stage industry and has a lot of potentials to flourish in the coming years.
