Advertising

Paramount Global’s revenue from the Advertising segment increased from $1380 in Q1 2020 to $2680  in Q1 2021, an increase of 94.20% on a year-on-year basis. During this period, Advertising contributed 36.13% to Viacom’s total revenue. CBS broadcasts of Super Bowl LV and NCAA Tournament games have driven this growth.

Affiliate

Revenues in the streaming segment were driven by the streaming service, Pluto TV, and other digital video platforms, as well as subscribers for subscription streaming services such as Showtime OTT, BET+, and Noggin.

Theatrical
