Sonos System Products

The revenue from the Sonos system products segment generated 20.28% of the total revenue in Q1 2022 and is one of the important revenue contributors for Sonos Inc. In Q1 2022, this segment earned a revenue of $134.75 million, which was an increase of 37.84% or $36.99 million on a yearly basis, as compared to $97.76 million revenue earned in Q1 2021. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the revenue grew by a massive 98.92% or $67.01 million, when compared to $67.74 million in Q4 2021.

Partner Products and Other Revenue

The company generates part of its revenue from partner products and other revenue sources, such as module revenue from its IKEA partnership, architectural speakers from the partnership with Sonance. This segment also includes revenue from accessories such as speaker stands and wall mounts, professional services, licensing advertising, and subscription revenue.  

The company’s revenue from the Partner products and other revenues segment witnessed a decline of 10% or $2.03 million, from $20.31 million in Q1 2021 to $18.28 million in Q4 2021.
